Desperado is better for damage, lights out is a lot more fun though. Eh, they both kinda suck endgame honestly. I prefer lights out cuz popping wisps over and over feels soooo good, but desperado damage is nice. After a while either one just becomes a method to proc bands tbh. Desperado 100%.

Ukulele is my favorite item to get on Bandit. With the shotgun they can deal a large amount of damage to a large group of enemies. Sometimes the revolver can benefit from it too which is broken.
