There's plenty of information and examples. But as always, you might need to modify the march you are sending depending on the scout report. My advice would be send 50% of your highest tier, 30% of your next highest, 10% of your next tier, 5% of your next and then 10 of every other troop. Then any extra put onto your highest tier.
