Face Scan not working. I’ve retaken the face scan picture many times. I have a feeling that the face scan technology can’t accept big lips because my mouth is literally closed and it’s says it’s open. The 1 time I got a perfect face scan photo, i had to suck in my lips. My companion app is only updated to mlb 22 and doesn’t show a face scan option. I've done it on android. The result was pretty hideous.
