I’ve been on Keto for nearly 10 months straight so I feel like my view of bread is honestly warped at this point. Right off the bat you will notice that L’Oven Fresh loaves are a bit chewier/rubbery than your average bread slice. To me this really wasn’t a problem since it was ALMOST bread and it’s something I consumed plenty of off-diet.
It has 80 calories, 3 net carbs. The serving size is 28g (which is the weight of a normal slice of bread), but size wise it is thinner and smaller across compared to normal bread.
