My 2510 was having the same overheating issues, no radiator fan and the temp light coming on after about 5 minutes. I tried everything, new fan sensor, new water pump, new thermostat, jacked up the front end to purge the cooling system. Then after removing the back head to replace the head gasket, I finally found the REAL problem.

Not familiar with the 3010, but check the hose going into the intake air filter coming from the engine crankcase. The engine has to vent the blow-by pressure from the piston. If it is blowing out the dipstick, your vent is plugged.
